Terms of Service
The rules of engagement when you use Dentocall.

1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the Dentocall Android app, or by visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Dentocall is an offline-first dental clinic management application for Android. The core app is provided free of charge during the pilot phase. Premium tiers may be introduced in future releases.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. You must use a strong, unique password and enable PIN or biometric lock on the app.
4. Acceptable use
- You will use the app only to manage data for clinics you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to manage.
- You will comply with all applicable laws regarding patient health information (PHI) in your jurisdiction.
- You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the app's security mechanisms.
5. Your data
You retain full ownership of all clinical data you enter into the app. Dentocall makes no claim to your patient records. See the Privacy Policy for details on what limited account data we store on our servers.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Dentocall is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentocall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss. You are responsible for the device the app runs on. Loss, theft, or factory reset of that device may result in irreversible data loss.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
