The short version
- The Dentocall Android app stores all clinic data locally on your device, in an encrypted database. We do not have a server-side copy of your patient records.

This website (
dentocall.app) is a static brochure. It does not set tracking cookies or send analytics by default. - When you create an account in the app, we collect the minimum needed to authenticate you: email, hashed password, clinic name. We never sell or share this with third parties.
- You can delete your clinic account and all associated server-side data at any time from the app's Settings → Delete Clinic screen, or by visiting the Delete Account page.
1. Who we are
Dentocall is operated by the Dentocall team. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@dentocall.app.
2. What data we collect
Through the Android app
- Account: email, hashed password, clinic name, role.
- Clinic data (patients, appointments, visits, lab work, photos, prescriptions): stored locally on your device only.
Through this website
- Standard server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
- No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics by default.
3. How we use it
Account data is used solely to authenticate you and to operate features that require server identity (e.g., subscription tiers). It is not used for marketing.
4. Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time. After deletion, server-side records are purged within 30 days. On-device data is wiped immediately when you uninstall the app or use the in-app reset option.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@dentocall.app.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes. Continued use of the app after the change constitutes acceptance.
