Delete your Dentocall clinic
Three options below — in-app deletion is fastest, self-service is fully online, email is the fallback. All three permanently remove your server-side account and clinic data within 30 days.
Option 1 · Delete from the app
Open the Dentocall Android app and follow these steps. This is the fastest path and confirms your identity automatically.
- Open Settings from the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Clinic.
- Read the warning carefully. Type your clinic name to confirm.
- Tap Delete permanently. The app signs you out and the request is sent to our servers.
Option 2 · Self-service from the web
Sign in here with your admin credentials and confirm the deletion. The clinic is removed from our servers immediately. Use this if you want a paper trail in your inbox without waiting on us.

If you cannot access the app — for example, you lost your phone or forgot your PIN — email privacy@dentocall.app from the address registered to your account. We verify your identity and process the deletion within 5 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, hashed password, role, clinic name).
- Subscription and plan history.
- Server-side audit log entries tied to your clinic.
What does not need to be deleted
Patient records, appointments, visits, photos, and prescriptions are only stored on your device. Uninstalling the Dentocall app removes them from the phone immediately.
Timing
Deletion is immediate from the live database. Residual references in our internal records are purged within 30 days, after which no copy of your account remains.
